YOUR INFORMATION. YOUR BUSINESS.

Privacy policy.

We’re here to host your ideas. Not turn your personal information into a product.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Node110 handles personal information on this website and when you contact us about hosting. It does not replace any service-specific agreement that applies to an application you host with us.

2. Information you choose to provide

You can browse this website without submitting a hosting inquiry. If you use the Get started form, we store your name, email address, preferred PHP framework, project stage, consent date, and submission timestamps. If you correspond with our team, we also receive the information you choose to include in those messages.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.

If you have a Node110 account, we store your account name, email, hashed password, and the application configurations you save. Application environment values are encrypted in storage and are not displayed back to the browser. You should not put infrastructure service-account keys into application environment fields.

Connecting GitHub is optional. With your authorization, we store your GitHub username and an encrypted access token, and request repository and branch metadata from GitHub. GitHub’s OAuth repo scope grants broad repository access; this configuration workflow uses it to read metadata. You may disconnect in your workspace and revoke authorization in GitHub settings. GitHub handles its authorization page under its own privacy terms.

Saved configurations do not create resources until you authorize provisioning. Deployments and database operations can send your application source, configuration and required secrets to Google Cloud to run your services.

Stripe handles checkout, payment methods and invoices. We send your account name, email and billing references to Stripe and store customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, billing dates and service usage records. Node110 does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

3. Limited, necessary handling

Information submitted to Node110 is handled only to:

Submitting a hosting inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not build advertising profiles or use your details for purposes unrelated to your request or service.

4. Cookies and technical information

This website uses necessary session and security cookies to maintain your session and protect form submissions. Session records and server logs may include technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request details, and timestamps, used only for operation, troubleshooting, and security.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or cross-site tracking. Fonts and site assets are served locally rather than loaded from third-party font services.

5. Access and disclosure

We do not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other parties for their own marketing. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate the website, fulfill your request, or support your service, and only for those purposes.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or where necessary to address fraud, abuse, or threats to the security or rights of our users.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including any applicable legal retention requirements. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer needed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, or withdraw your consent to further contact. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

To contact Node110 about privacy, reply to a message from our team. If you do not have an existing conversation, use our Get started form to request a follow-up from Node110. We will not use that request for marketing.

8. Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and its revision date. Any new use of personal information will be subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
